It's official, Fishbone clarified their position regarding the taping and trading of their live performances. Basically, the audio / video / photo capture of the live shows is allowed as long as (1) You get a prior authorization (and FishboneLive.org help you do that in three clicks or so), (2) Fishbone get a copy of the material and (3) keep exclusive rights of commercial exploitation of the material. These recordings may be traded unless Fishbone specifically prohibit it. Get your own recording authorization, check the full policy.
