The number of passengers must not exceed the number of safety belts /seats in your vehicle (if you are stuffing people in your trunk, we can’t advocate this behavior, but that’s some old school shit right there) get your low rider, if you got a drop-top hit the switch, make the ass drop, do some donuts in the parking lot, a little demolition derby, just be safe.
