I think the whole judgement was based upon the judge\'s misunderstanding of a statement by Angelo from the prior stagediving lawsuit. He was quoted as saying that there were ambulances at there shows every few months.
I think the judge took this to mean that said ambulances are called as a result of his stagediving, which is not the case. People get hurt at punk shows, we all know that. You can\'t look at a pit and not expect to take a hit or two.
It just seems like a mistaken line reading, taken completely out of context, which alone should be enough to have the judgement overturned.
