Fishbone to Support Slightly Stoopid on Southern dates
Fishbone will be touring in support of Slightly Stoopid from October 25th through Dec 1st across Utah, Arizona, Texas, Louisiana, Tenessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia and Florida. Please note that dates posted earlier for the first leg of Slightly Stoopid's tour were wrongly announced by the venues and that Fishbone will not be playing. Hopefully, they will take care of the north & northeast at a later date.

Fernando Pullum fills in for Curtis Storey on Trumpet
Fernando Pullum has joined Fishbone for the European summer tour, filling in for Curtis Storey on trumpet. Fernando Pullum is a music teacher from South Central Los Angeles (Washington Preparatory High School) who is deeply involved in making his students graduate and moving on to university. He is also know to the Fishbone 'hoodsters as the trumpet player on the Sunless Saturday solo (as seen on Saturday Night Live in 91). Curtis Storey, who joined Fishbone in 2005 is currently trying to recover from a serious illness. Our wishes of rapid recovery go to Curtis and his family.
I'm usually at the gig to take photos, or a client will holla at me to take band photos for a magazine. Most of the time I dig the band or artist and have been exposed to there music which makes my job easier. As of late I've been interviewing a lot of bands, it's a nice change of pace. When Okayplayer.com the home of The Roots on-line community recently approached me about interviewing Fishbone, I jumped at the chance. Japanese edition of Still Stuck in Your Throat announced !
The Japanese label Pony Canyon will release the Japanese edition of Still Stuck in Your Throat on July 12th, 2007. The record will include a bonus track and a bonus live CD.
