I rated it 9 stars, not a 10 only because I don't really like tv and the 15 minutes of Fishbone was no where near enough. But I suppose if I was at someone's house with digital tv, I might turn it on. I guess viewer content is at least better than most tv. (When Lauryn Hill made her first speech "they told me to say...." hahah that was classic! Summed up my feelings about a tv channel perfectly. l...
