Review from the Nuttwork's archive

Just a quick note for now on last night's show at Ziggy's. It was incredible! They played for 2 and a half hours (the longert show I have seen them do) and played everything I wanted to hear. This was my first time to hear "The Goose" live and it was great! The band is as tight as always. John Stewart played the hell out of the drums. I thought they were trying to kill him with "Monkey Dick" ...

Here's the set list from last night: Swim Sunless Saturday Beergut Give It Up Just Allow Ugly Ma & Pa Selection Housework When Problems Arise Lemon Meringue (great to hear that one live) Unyielding Conditioning Junkie's Prayer/Pray to the Junkiemaker Cholly Alcoholic Skankin' to the Beat Lyin' Ass Bitch All Kept Startin' (the new one from the X Show that Norwood said was being performed for the first time with a live crowd) Bonin' in the Boneyard Monkey Dick Pressure

Encore: Freddy's Dead The Goose Party at Ground Zero

The crowd was not as big as I would have liked and the pit wasn't big enough for Angelo to attempt surfing. But this was the first night of the tour and not very heavily promoted so hopefully the crowds will get bigger and better. GO SEE THEM LIVE!
