One of the best shows i've seen, the return of walt Kibby is a blessing, the last 2 times i saw Fishbone (2005 and 2006) was without him and it seemed to me hearing only a half of Fishbone even if it was still good, now you can hear the whole Fishbone voices and it makes a real difference.Musically speaking, the shows get better and better, the horns sound awsome, bass and drum is really thick & heavy, Norwood is just great with he's incredible/impossible percussive technique, John is a powerfull beat machine, Angelo was equal as usual(great saxophonist), Dre's good @ keys and has a good voice which mixes well with the other, the new trombonist does he's job well and sings good too(you can feel the fact that he's happy to play in the band), welcome Jay!The bad point goes to Rockie's sound that you only can hear during the solos, otherwise you'd have to focus in a ninja style to hear what he plays and it's a pitty because he seems to do real good stuff, "to much compression kills the compression"!
Note: Dre Gipson (the keyboard) should weigh somethimg like 90kg, when he jumps on you, you have to be strong!!! Note; the venue name is "omega live" I'm wondering about going to Marseille on Monday 16th…
the setlist i uploaded is in a random way, sorry for that...
