This was an amazing show. I don't know what Fishbone thought of the venue, but I thought it could've been better. Having the stage above the bar seems like a good idea but when a band as awesome as Fishbone comes to town you would like to get a little closer to the band. I can say Fishbone played every song I was hoping to hear, and they nailed every song. This is the best band ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great show, great energy, weirdest venue I have seen a band play. The stage was a very small platform above the bar (so the band was 10 feet away, 15 feet in the air.) and very very cramped.
It did not seem to slow them down too much though. No Curtis, but Padre was awesome. I will again repeat my love for the new squad. highlights; Behind closed doors, glasses, and party at ground zero.
Wasn't sure about how the crowd would be in a college town over Thanksgiving break, but the crowd was fairly filled out and ready to party.
Much love for the fellas - keepin it rollin
