Now that just pissed me off. It made me a little sad too. I have always known that FISHBONE was under-rated, but last night it officially hit me. FISHBONE might be the most under-appreciated entertainers in American history, maybe even world history. I see bullshit all over the landscape of the music scene, making big money, filling stadums and they aren't fit to wipe the spit out of Angelo's sax. How can a band this entertaining and original fly so low under the radar. I hate to pull the race card, especially in regard to FISHBONE, but if they were white , their faces would be on the dollar bill. I know, I know, whites have historically been their biggest supporters, but I'm talking about their acceptance by the mainstream music machine. Alice in Chains, Pearl jam, RHCP, Black Flag, No DOubt, all of these bands get their due from the industry, no problem. But when it comes to bands like Bad Brains and Fishbone, true pioneers, they're regulated to the sidelines and it hurts me to see these guys work so hard. No one in the history of entertainment have given more of himself and gotten less than Angelo Moore. I'm afraid his genius will not be recognized until he's dead a gone. It's a shame and a crime. Kids today pay top dollar to watch some wanna-be gangbanger walk back and fourth on stage with his posse, rapping over a dat tape. Meanwhile, the best live act in American history is playing dives like the Pearl room. No offense to the Pearl Room, I thank them for having the sense to book FISHBONE, but they deserve better. The thing I've always loved about FISHBONE, is that they can take a room of about fifty people, like they did last nite, and play like it's halftime at the superbowl and a billion people were watching. THEY ALWAYS GIVE YOU MORE THAN YOUR MONEY WORTH> GOD BLESS FISHBONE, I WILL DIE A SOLDIER>

it has sadly been almost a decade since i saw the boys and i must admit i had fallen out of the loop with the goings on involving the band but friday they came out and demonstrated why they are the greatest live band ever i will give a few high points (although the whole show was an enormous orgasmic high point) first was angelos disappearing act from the stage at the very beginning(thank god you ...
