Fishbone was as RED HOT as ever, but problems with the sound left me pretty pissed. McKnight had to friggin' beg the sound guy to get his mic active, and it never was quite right. Norwood's hot bass was hardly discernable, even during his solo, as were most of the instruments. The club is all ages - which meant no alcohol and that most of the crowd had no clue what it meant to see Fishbone live - the kids seemed more concerned with maintaining the energy of the pit. Angelo was on fiyah, and slipped into some AMAZING maddvibe spoken word from time to time, as usual. They played a song from the upcoming record (can't wait!) and included some classics - "Everyday Sunshine," "Freddy's Dead," "Ma & Pa," and "Party at Ground Zero." So, Fishbone gets a 10+ for puttin' on a smokin' show when they could barely hear eachother play to a crowd that got more excited for the opening bands and raised the wrong two fingers in tribute to the hottest band of all time.
Yeah the show was red hot I love when they have the two guitarist Tori and rocky the sonic fusion is amazing keep rockn fellas
