Show was badass. Kinda hokey acoustic singer songwriter guy opened with folk songs about whackin it to his his grandma with x-ray glasses....but it made the heavier FB songs that much heavier....

Haha...it probably was me who let one (or two or three) rip as Chelupa Chang loaded up on Taco Bell prior to the show... :)

What a contrast the Bellingham show was to Vancouver!!! They went from playing to several hundred people to this tiny little bar where there was barely enough room to get everyone on stage. The opener was just some guy with his acoustic guitar singing a bunch of folk songs...what a contrast when Fishbone tore into songs like Monkey Dick and Riot. Here's the set list as it appeared:

Alcoholic Karma Monkey Dick Sunless Wee Fly Bonin' Wit It Suffering Lyin' Ass Bitch Devil Made Me Do Warmth Riot Premadawnutt Aids Out of City Sunshine Ma & Pa Party

Nuttmeg World Red Hot

Last Dayz Servitude

They only did one encore which was unfortunate because I really wanted to hear Last Dayz. Also, after Devil, there is a song called "Do" on the set list. I think it was just a typo and should have been on the same line as Devil Made Me "Do" but they still broke into a jam called "Do" anyways to make fun of Norwood for making the mistake on the set list. Good to see the usual North West soldiers and, of course, meeting Keisha!!! You rock, girl!!!

Anyways, I took a few pictures and will post them in the next few days.

cheers, Mike.
