Sorry to have missed you last night Steve. I got to meet Mitch last night for the first time. What a nice guy he is. Jax is my hometown so there was no way I'd miss this. Last time here was April 1998. Good set last night, very hard edge I thought. I loved the new songs (5 that were new to me). That gave the show an aggressive slant, which I myself like. Powerball got things rolling heavily. I've never seen them live before, and I must say I liked what I heard. It was nice meeting all in Powerball. May great things head your way soon!!
Last night setlist: Party Ma & Pa Just Allow Devil Made Me Deep Inside Wee Fly Bonin Karma Ugly Skank N' Go Cholly Suffering Loose Mind Aids Alcoholic Riot Rock Star Last Daze Servitude (awesome as usual, a natural song to close the show with)
No encore, maybe because of a few tech. glitches or something. I still had a great time. The new songs sound very tight, with most being very crunchy. Unless you are a Fishbone fan strictly for the ska-funk elements, you won't be dissappointed. That's my opinion, and I'm sticking to it. Talk to you guys and girls later.
