Review from the Nuttwork's archive

Just got back from the show a few hours ago. I was very, very pleased with the show and the turnout. Nice, rowdy, FSU college town Tuesday night reception. Man, was it ever cold too! Setlist as follows:

Behavior C T Aids & A Everyday Sunshine (my first time hearing this without Dowd) Just Allow Ma & Pa Karma Monkey Dick (this is an awesome live song) Bonin Sha...

sldr, where were you during the show? i was at the front in front of norwood and spacey the whole time. the show was one of the most amazing things i have ever seen in my life! you pretty much summed everything up on your post. i loved it when spacey dedicated "shakey ground" to eddie hazel. every song was performed awesome. "party at ground zero" was amazing. i didn't stop jumping the whole time. you are right about mcnutt. dowd was an awesome and soulful singer, but john is far more talented on keyboards and trombone. i got to say hi to all of the guys, but i talked to angelo, mcnutt, and steward the longest. steward was the longest of them all at about 30 mins. he and i talked about the record company bullshit(i'll go into detail if you wanna know more), the video, how the are culturally dissed by races. mcnutt said i had no idea how he appreciated it when i told them how amazing the show was and how much there music means to the fanbase. angelo was extremely sincere, and thought it was nuts when i told him that i had been listening to them since third grade. he said i was making him feel like a grandpa. i got a picture with him and mcnutt too. i also was asked to help the crew load up the bus since i was still there. i loaded all of spaceys guitars(about 8 of them total i think), all the horns. it was great, beside the fact that i was freezing my ass off. i thanked norwood, walt, and spacey briefly for the show and coming here. they were all extremely sincere too. i also got the new bone shirt and the new madd vibe cd. and i got my nuttwerx cd cover signed by all the guys. just amazing. i ended up leaving there at about 3:30 am. gotta go. laterz guys.

Jamie p.s.- soular system was a pretty good opening band too.
