Truely some wonderful LIVE funk, rock and rawness.

Brought the inspiration that I needed when Prince was here a couple of weeks ago (that shit was a little boring)... Tell ya' what, Prince needs to take his ass to one of their shows and get inspired to do what he used to do. PLAY!

And that's just what Fishbone did in all their Glory. Angelo was missing his trademark mohawk with a clean shaven head. But doesn't lack his massive energy as he sung "Problems Arise", while body surfing the crowd, and not missing a beat. The boy is bad, truely bad. As were the rest of the band. Fish (the drummer with his back to the crowd is one of the baddest drummers out there. You usually fine drummers getting clues of when to end and begin. You know your ass has talent to just vibe off everyone and still be tight looking at the wall.

Two new members or band mates were a keyboardist and guitarist. The Guitarist could be one of the original members as far as I'm concerned-he's that good. And keyboardist faired o.k as he played Trumbone to boot. One hard-core funky show.

P-funk, The BEST Ska-(which no other band can compete-even the MM Bosstones), Gospel, Metal etx. For a song Les Claypool showed up and jammed a little on Bass. The boy is good, but played modestly last night. Why, who knows-mostlikely he was there to watch and not play.

2 1/2 hours of Hot Sticky Fun!

Peace The Dragon "B"

When Dub War took the stage, I was up on the raised bar platform next to the speakers. After about a minut...
