Here's a lineup for you.
Firehose Phish Fishbone Beastie Boys
in that order.
Huge stage with exposed scaffolding. Angelo sang Subliminal Fascism from up high in the scaffolding as I recall. The funny thing about this show was that although I liked all the bands at the time (I cooled way off on Phish later... that's putting it mildly) there was a definite changing of the guard for Phish. Everyone who had watched Firehose and was ready to watch Fishbone kind of took a rest while Phish played, and the Phish fans moved up to the front, and then after Phish was done, the rest of us moved back up fron for Fishbone and the Beasties.
Huge outdoor venue. Other than Lollapalooza, probably the most people I have ever seen at a Fishbone show.
